Mark E. Seaton has served as our chief executive officer since April 2025. Before his appointment to CEO, he served as chief financial officer for 12 years. In addition to managing all financial-related activities in his role as CFO, Seaton oversaw First American Trust, the company’s federally charted bank, as well as First American’s technology group. Mr. Seaton joined First American in 2006 and served as director of investor relations until 2010.
