James L. Doti has been a director since June 2010. Dr. Doti has been a professor of economics at Chapman University since 1974 and served as Chapman University’s president from 1991 to 2016. He previously served on the boards of The First American Corporation, Standard Pacific Corp. and Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. Given his experience as president of Chapman University and his doctorate in economics from the University of Chicago, Dr. Doti gives our Company insight into the organizational challenges that large companies face and the impact of the economic environment on the Company.
